iPHONE, iPOD TOUCH, iPAD

We recommend you click the App Store icon from your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad desktop and install direct to your device.  Alternative installation method: Install with the iTunes desktop software. Go to the iTunes App Store, and choose "install." Live365 Radio is free to download and install. After you have downloaded the application, connect/sync your iPhone or iPod with iTunes and Live365 Radio will be installed.

ANDROID

Not all Android devices and OS versions are created equal. If you have no sound from the Live365 app, please try going into More, then Listen Settings, then Streaming Mode, and selecting "other." This will buffer slower but fixes the playback on some devices. Please also report this problem to our CS dept for assistance.

EVO USERS: Sprint has had issues in the past where their firmware updates breaking streaming services including Live365, YouTube, and others. If you have firmware version 3.70, please update your Sprint firmware to fix the issue. You can also visit our FAQs for more details on how to contact Sprint and reset your proxy settings if updating your firmware is not a possibility.

Advanced install and Kindle Fire owners, requires Android OS 2.1 or higher

OLDER MOBILE SOFTWARE

If you have an older BlackBerry or Windows Mobile handset, the apps below are still available. This older software does not work on the newer BlackBerry or Windows Phone 7 handsets.
